Overview
A French multinational management consultancy firm with subsidiaries in over 10 countries recruited Corpshore to facilitate an inbound appointment setting campaign. The firm specializes in using financial, tax and business incentives to small, medium and large scale enterprises globally.
Challenge
The firm had developed a robust system to generate inbound leads using proprietary technology from a third party software development firm. Using this same technology, the company attempted to automate the lead appointment booking process. Whilst this system generated some booked appointments, the costs were incredibly high and as such, the company had to resort to a BPO solution to optimise its costs and generate the booked client appointments it was looking for. Out of roughly a dozen shortlisted candidates, the firm settled on Corpshore due to our storied experience with appointment setting and lead generation campaigns.
Solution
Corpshore proposed a direct “warm calling” appointment setting process for the lead generation campaign. The leads were inbound and already warmed up. Corpshore was tasked with converting these warm leads into booked appointments. Courtesy of very good sales scripts, powerful CRM and automated appointment software integrations, Corpshore assigned several of its expert appointment setters to the campaign to generate confirmed and booked appointments. The team were coached daily to reach and exceed the daily set appointment quota.
Results
The appointment setting campaign was a success with the Corpshore lead generation team exceeding the set target. The client surpassed $6,000,000 in sales of its tax incentives and credits for US focused firms within the 5-months of launching the campaign.
